KEOKUK, IA — Four students and a bus driver were injured Friday afternoon when a Keokuk Community School District bus crashed in Lee County, according to the sheriff’s office. Deputies were called to the scene at about 1:53 p.m. in the 3500 block of Argyle Road.
Officials said five people were on the bus when it went off the road or otherwise crashed near the end of its route. All five were taken for medical evaluation and treatment. Authorities have not said how serious any of the injuries were.
