EVANSVILLE, MN — A fatal crash happened Sunday afternoon in Grant County on Interstate 94 near Evansville, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. The wreck took place in Erdahl Township and involved three vehicles traveling in opposite directions.
How the crash unfolded
Investigators said a Tesla Model Y and a Toyota Crown were headed east on I-94 when a Ford Fusion traveling westbound collided with the Tesla. After that first impact, the Toyota struck the vehicles involved in the crash.
The State Patrol did not release details on what led up to the collision.
