FRIDLEY, MN — Police in Fridley are asking for help finding a 64-year-old woman who has been missing since April 16 and is considered endangered. Investigators say Corene Smith-Martin was last seen leaving her residence in Fridley and may have traveled on a Greyhound bus with Milwaukee as a possible destination.
Authorities say there is concern for her safety because she is believed to have dementia. The search has drawn public attention in both Minnesota and Wisconsin as officers try to determine where she went after leaving home.

Police describe Smith-Martin as a Black woman who is 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighs about 155 pounds, and has brown eyes and gray and black hair. The missing-person notice was issued by the Fridley Police Department and shared with the public through local reporting.
Officers have not released any information suggesting where she may have been after leaving the area. The possible bus travel is one of the main clues investigators are working with.
