ERDAHL TOWNSHIP, MN — A three-vehicle crash in Grant County turned fatal Sunday afternoon after two cars collided on Interstate 94 near Erdahl Township, about 10 miles from Elbow Lake. Four people were involved in the wreck, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
The initial collision involved an eastbound Ford Fusion and a westbound Tesla Y. A Toyota Crown then hit both vehicles.

The State Patrol said the Ford Fusion and Tesla Y collided first on the interstate. After that impact, the Toyota Crown struck the other two vehicles.
Officials have not said what led to the initial crash. The report does not say which of the four people died.
Who was involved
The driver of the Ford Fusion and the driver of the Toyota Crown are both from North Dakota. The Tesla carried a driver and a passenger, and both are from Woodbury.
